What happens after 100 analyses?
The quota resets every month. If you need more, you can upgrade to Enterprise.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as LINK and PayPal via Stripe.
How does upgrading work?
When upgrading, the difference is calculated proportionally. You only pay for the remaining time in the current billing period. Your new quota is available immediately.
How does downgrading work?
When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, you can continue using your current quota. Excess analyses are carried over as credits to the next month.
What are credits?
Credits are excess analyses from your previous plan that are carried over to the next month when downgrading. Example: You used 150 analyses in the Enterprise plan and downgrade to Pro (100/month). The 50 excess analyses are saved as credits and added to your Pro quota next month.
Can I switch between monthly and quarterly?
Yes, you can switch between monthly and quarterly billing at any time. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Quarterly plans offer a discount of approximately 8%.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
If you have canceled your subscription, you can reactivate it at any time through your Profile. Simply select a new plan and your subscription will be reactivated immediately.
